Don't get me wrong, this is one of my fav series and Day and June are perf otp, there are just better romance novels.

Again loving the books, loving Wessa and really great love story, it just can be better.

#8 "The Spectacular Now" by Tim Tharp
Sutter Keely. He’s the guy you want at your party. He’ll get everyone dancing. He’ ll get everyone in your parents’ pool. Okay, so he’s not exactly a shining academic star. He has no plans for college and will probably end up folding men’s shirts for a living. But there are plenty of ladies in town, and with the help of Dean Martin and Seagram’s V.O., life’s pretty fabulous, actually.
Until the morning he wakes up on a random front lawn, and he meets Aimee. Aimee’s clueless. Aimee is a social disaster. Aimee needs help, and it’s up to the Sutterman to show Aimee a splendiferous time and then let her go forth and prosper. But Aimee’s not like other girls, and before long he’s in way over his head. For the first time in his life, he has the power to make a difference in someone else’s life—or ruin it forever.
This book is also a movie, starring Shailene Woodley as Aimee and Miles Teller as Sutter! But as almost always the book was better than the movie. The movie was still good tho.
#7 "Eleanor & Park" by Rainbow Rowell

I cried so much at the last pages. The love of these two is so innocent and soft and beautiful you just wish for a fairytale ending. Rainbow Rowell (great name btw) wrote so wonderful and honest you just have to love Eleanor and Park together, and this love is something every teenage girl, maybe even boy, dreams of in their sleep. Also I love the fact that Eleanor isn't the usual tomboy, skinny, beautiful on first sight kind of girl. She's true to herself. And she's a bit on the wider side (she's not fat, tho!) , like me, and still found her prince, so there's still hope for me!
#6 "The Fault in our Stars", "Looking for Alaska" and

I know BASIC, but it's just the way it is. John wrote awesome books and the movies are awesome too and he's just awesome and Nerdfighters are awesome and DFTBA!
But for real, these books are heart catching, heart swelling and then heart ripping. Into. Tiny. Little. Pieces. That. Are. Never. Finding. Back. Together. EVER.
#5 "Starcrossed" trilogy by Josephine Angelini

This was my fav book series before I read the LUX series. First of all it's about greek mythologie, second Lucas's hot and third the tension is gripping and omg the moment Lucas catched Helen in the first book. So cute!
#4 "The Precious Stone Trilogy" by Kerstin Gier

This trilogy I read so many times (thanks to my sister), because it's the series that made me a fangirl/ booknerd (*applause*). Gideon was also my first fictional crush and I tended to dress up like Gwendolyn. There are also two movies already and the third is (hopefully) in the making rn. I have to admit that the movies weren't that good, they were a bit off the storyline, but I still enjoyed watching them.
#3 "The Mortal Instruments" series by Cassandra Clare
When fifteen-year-old Clary Fray heads out to the Pandemonium Club in New York City, she hardly expects to witness a murder― much less a murder committed by three teenagers covered with strange tattoos and brandishing bizarre weapons. This is Clary's first meeting with the Shadowhunters, warriors dedicated to ridding the earth of demons. It's also her first encounter with Jace, a Shadowhunter who looks a little like an angel and acts a lot like a jerk. Within twenty-four hours Clary is pulled into Jace's world with a vengeance, when her mother disappears and Clary herself is attacked by a demon. But why would demons be interested in ordinary mundanes like Clary and her mother? And how did Clary suddenly get the Sight? The Shadowhunters would like to know...
An all-time-favourite. If you haven't read this series yet, go read it. If you haven't even heard of this series, go look it up, then read it. That's all I have to say about these books. My babes.

This is my go-to series to read after a Reading Slump. I read the whole series in like three days and the latest one "The Heir" in one, two days max. It's an easy and enjoyable read, when you need a feel good book.
